Finally the browns and grays of winter have left and the lush greens of new growth have taken over. Summer days have come again after a long cold Door County spring, flowers are blooming, out of state cars have returned, the doves have returned to their nests under the lean-to roofs, and the Corner of the Past is open for another season.
And on July 6 the Garden Walk returns after a year off. There are 5 beautiful gardens to visit, join us and enjoy a day outside in Door County viewing flowers and talking to gardeners. The Walk is a fundraiser for the Sister Bay Historical Society to support the Corner of the Past Museum and our historical preservation work. Tickets are available at the Museum and on the day of the walk at each garden.
